Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from Compound Y, referred to here as "we". By placing an order you agree to them, along with our subscription terms, refund policy and shipping policy.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, and orders must ship to an address in the United States.
About our products
Our products are dietary supplements. Information on this site is general and isn't medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read each label before use. If you're pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay, including shipping. We charge your payment method when you place your order. For subscriptions, we'll email you at least 30 days before any price change.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, the price shown was a clear error, or we can't legally ship it to you. For example, New York law doesn't allow us to ship creatine products to New York.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with an order, our refund policy explains what we'll do. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one on this page when you placed it. For an ongoing subscription, we'll email you before a change that affects you takes effect.
