Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee on your first order

If you're not happy with your first order (your first routine box, or your first one-off order), email compoundy.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full amount you paid. You don't need to send anything back. One guarantee per customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

On any order, if something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email compoundy.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Other orders

Because supplements can't be resold once they've left us, we don't otherwise accept returns. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, so you're never charged for a box you don't want.

How refunds are paid

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
