Where we ship

Addresses in the United States only. New York law doesn't allow us to ship creatine products to New York, so creatine (either version) and the routines that include it (Daily Foundations, Train and The Full Compound) can't be delivered there.

What it costs

• Routines: free shipping, every month.
• One-off orders: $5.95, or free on orders of $50 or more.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, usually within 5 business days, and most arrive within 2 to 5 business days after that. We email you a tracking link when your order ships. If we can't ship within the time we've told you, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 business days after it shipped, or arrives damaged, email compoundy.store@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you.
