Subscription terms

Routines are subscriptions. Here is everything that means, before you start one.

What you're agreeing to

• Your routine renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• We charge the routine's monthly price when you check out, then every month on about the same date. Shipping is free.
• There's no minimum number of months and no cancellation fee.

Before every charge

We email you 3 days before each renewal with the date and amount, so there's always time to skip, pause or cancel.

Cancel, skip or pause

Sign in to your account with the email you ordered with, open your subscription, and choose Cancel, Skip or Pause. It takes effect straight away, with no phone call and no retention offer. Cancelling stops all future charges; a box you've already been charged for still ships. You can also cancel by emailing compoundy.store@gmail.com.

To change routines, start the new one and cancel the old one from your account. To avoid paying for both in the same month, cancel the old one before its next charge date.

If a payment fails

We'll email you and try again over the following days. If payment still doesn't go through, we stop the subscription and don't charge you. You can update your card from your account at any time.

Price changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change, with the new price, when it starts, and how to cancel if you'd rather not continue.

Your first box

It comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee.
