Privacy policy

This policy covers compoundy.store and the Shopify checkout and customer account it links to. We collect only what we need to sell you supplements and send them to you, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, what you ordered, and your subscription status. Card details go straight to the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us: what you write, and your email address.
• When you browse this site: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site sets no cookies. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (like utm_source=newsletter), your browser keeps those tags until you close the tab and passes them to the order, so we know which link brought you. Nothing else about you goes with them.
• Marketing email: only if you tick the box at checkout. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who handles it for us

• Shopify runs our checkout, customer accounts, subscriptions and email.
• The payment processor shown at checkout takes your payment.
• Supliful, our fulfilment partner, receives your name, shipping address and order so it can pack and ship it.
• Cloudflare hosts this site.

Each uses your information only to provide its service to us. We don't sell your personal information, don't share it for targeted advertising, and don't use advertising pixels from Meta, Google, TikTok or anyone else.

Health information

What you buy from a supplement store can say something about your health. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle that, including your rights under Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada law.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email compoundy.store@gmail.com from the address you ordered with. We reply within 30 days. We may keep order records we're required to keep for tax and accounting. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we'll review it within 45 days.

Do Not Track: this site doesn't track you across other websites, so it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Keeping it safe, and for how long

Your information is stored by the services above, which use encryption and access controls. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires (generally seven years), and everything else only as long as we need it.

Children

Our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date below. If the change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you first.
