Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's SB 370 protect "consumer health data": information that could identify your past, present or future health. Because we sell supplements, some of what we hold could count. This page explains exactly what that is and what you can do about it. It sits alongside our privacy policy.
The health data we collect
- The products and routines you buy, and your subscription history (for example, buying a probiotic or a magnesium routine).
- Anything about your health you choose to tell us in an email, such as a reaction to a product.
We don't ask health questions or collect health data any other way. The "Find your routine" quiz asks about goals and habits, not conditions, and its answers stay in your browser: they are never sent to us or stored. Choosing a routine on this site isn't recorded against you; only what you actually order is.
Why we collect it
Only to provide what you ask for: to take and ship your order, run your subscription, answer your questions, and handle refunds or product concerns. We don't collect it for any other purpose, so we don't ask for separate consent for anything else.
Where it comes from
From you, when you order or email us.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us provide your order, and only for that: Shopify (checkout, accounts, subscriptions and email), the payment processor shown at checkout, and Supliful (packing and shipping). We don't sell health data, share it with advertisers, or use it to target ads. We'd only disclose it otherwise if the law required us to.
Your rights
- Find out whether we hold your consumer health data, and get a list of everyone we've shared it with.
- Have it deleted, including by the companies we shared it with.
- Withdraw any consent you've given.
To use any of these, email compoundy.store@gmail.com with the subject "Health data request", from the address you ordered with. We'll confirm it's you, then reply within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We'll decide within 45 days and explain why. If you're unhappy with the outcome, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
